Heywood Hill has been selling books for over 80 years. But despite being a London institution, sales were falling as it struggled to compete with the likes of Amazon. The team at Heywood Hill asked us to help reverse its fortunes by creating a website to transform its online offering, grow online sales and encourage visitors to the shop.

Giving the visitor an instant sense of the bookshop’s character and heritage, the site delivers a virtual tour of Heywood Hill through the extensive use of photography. It sells carefully selected items, displays antiquarian acquisitions and introduces the shop’s range of literary services, including library building and its coveted Year in Books subscription.
