Back in Action
The UK's largest retailer of orthopaedic furniture, Back in Action has been dedicated to beating back pain since 1989. It asked us to create an online shop to increase web sales, drive traffic to its four stores and live up to the experience provided in those physical environments.
A pain-free experience
We created a sophisticated website to attract customers from all over the world who seek back care-related furniture and advice from highly trained specialist staff. The website allows customers to browse Back in Action's extensive product range in a seamless buying experience that mirrors the one found in store.
Behind the scenes
To help the Back in Action team capitalise on the online shop’s success, we also created a bespoke order processing system that helps minimise human error and makes the order fulfilment process quicker, ultimately saving the company money.
The system also includes customer accounts, real-time stock management and delivery path analysis. It has continued to grow in line with the needs of the business and features a customer enquiry system, internal communications platform and comprehensive sales, accounting and efficiency management reporting.
