Jobs at SAV
At SAV, we develop websites and back-end software to solve our clients' problems and help their business grow. Because it's the future, we do everything online, so no messing around with desktop silliness. We design and build websites that bring our clients more business and create web-based software that helps them deal with that business.
Currently available jobs:
VB.NET Developer, London - We take pride in being innovative, building our own solutions and delivering things that others cannot. We are a lively company with a passion for what we do, a reputation for technical excellence and great client relationships. If this appeals, we want to hear from you.
What we look for:
Someone with an appreciation of elegant code, a stickler for detail and a wiz at the following:
ASP.NET (VB), SQL, XHTML, CSS & JavaScript.
Someone with a quality portfolio. You don't need a long CV; we'll take you straight out of college or university if you can show you've got passion. In particular, we're looking for someone able to come up with innovative solutions that use the technologies we work with.
Someone smart. You'll need the ability to take responsibility and the drive to use it. You'll need to be intelligent and independent and, as you'll be working with clients directly, you'll need outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
Someone with a great attitude. We're a small company so everyone matters: we want someone who's fun, friendly and keen to learn. Of course, you'll need to pitch in with everything, whether it's the latest project or maintenance of existing code.
Someone with an appreciation of design. The majority of your time will be spent on back-end development but at times we will ask for your creative input.
Someone who is keen to bring their own brand of sparkle to the SAV party.
Salary: Competitive. Dependant on experience.
How to apply:
Send us a CV with a covering e-mail to jobs[at]sav.co.uk. In the e-mail give us real, live URLs of stuff you've done. A portfolio of work we can look at is very important and a personal site's a bonus. This is a chance to really impress.
